How do I lose weight ?This is the question on everyone's mind. Unfortunately, there is No 'one' answer that works for everyone. No 'skinny pill'. No 'magic wand'. No 'one' diet. No 'one' exercise plan. Don't look so discouraged. There is hope, light at the end of the tunnel, rest for the weary traveler (not really). No rest for the willing. But there is hope and light! That's right, no matter which plan you choose it takes work. You must eat fewer calories and exercise in order to burn excess calories in order to lose weight. That is a fact (in most case). But with the help of our buddies and our Helper, the Holy Spirit of God, there is definitely reason to keep going. Never give up for you will conquer your weight problem! You will be VICTORIOUS! Back to TopHow Much Water Should I (really) Drink?Most people need to drink a minimum of 8-8oz. glasses of water everyday for what your average weight should be and an extra 8 oz. for every 20 lbs. of extra weight.
i.e.: 5'2 140 lbs. person is approx. 20 lbs. over their ideal weight (non-bodybuilders) so this person should be consuming 9-8oz. glasses of water per day.
