Product Guarantee Policy
If you receive damaged or leaking
merchandise from Fit4Jesus,
email us
immediately upon receipt of the damaged or leaking product. Return it to
us by mail for a replacement of same product.
If you wish to return a product for any reason other
than for an exchange of a damaged product it must be unused. All
returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and must not be
damaged or used in any way. Return requests must be made within 30 days
of the receipt date.
All free items, including tanning stickers, must be
returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full
refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order
cannot be refunded.
There will be a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of
items returned. Any vouchers or gift
certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher
amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
Fit4Jesus is
not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items.
All products to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be
advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked
to ensure delivery. Since Fit4Jesus
cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its
receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be
tracked and or insured.
Service Guarantee Policy
Fit4Jesus extends
a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee for all paid memberships and
online training services. This service guarantee begins upon the set-up
of your paid-in-full account and expires thirty days later. If you are
not satisfied with our service for any reason and cancel your account
within 30 days of activation, Fit4Jesus
will give you a full refund excluding setup fees. Upon
cancellation, your account will be terminated and all fees, excluding
set-up, will be credited to you via PayPal or returned in the form of a
check to the individual who paid by check or money order within 30 days
of cancellation.
Fit4Jesus clients
exercising their right to the 30 day money-back guarantee with 3, 6, or
12 month online fitness training package plans who cancel within 30 days
will be billed our standard setup fee of $29.95. Fit4Jesus
clients using in home/gym training will receive a full refund
for the cost of their unused hours of service.
