If you are a parent looking to help your child in learning how to live an active and healthy lifestyle, then this is the plan for you and your child.

This is for parents with children ages 8 to 18. For all children please consult your pediatrician before starting a fitness plan with your child.

Get your child’s heath assessed and let a Certified Personal Trainer work with you (the parent/teacher) on a fitness program to help your child reach their fitness goals!

This plan is perfect for not only the parent looking to help their child in living a healthy and active lifestyle, but also for homeschoolers who need PE credit (*check with your institution).

As parents are the instructors you need to be prepared to commit at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week toward helping your child meet their goals.
